Creating a JeedBuzz account is straightforward. Go to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a password and submit the form. You'll receive a verification code on your phone — enter it to confirm your number and your account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes and you don't need to provide any documents to get started.

Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on JeedBuzz. This is a strict requirement and applies to all players regardless of location. JeedBuzz takes responsible gaming seriously and does not allow underage players on the platform. If we identify an account belonging to someone under 18, it will be closed immediately and any balance returned.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts is against JeedBuzz's terms and conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the Login page and tap "Forgot Password". Enter the mobile number linked to your account and you'll receive a reset code via SMS. Enter the code, set a new password and you're back in. Most account details can be updated from within the JeedBuzz app or website once you're logged in. Go to your account settings and look for the profile section. For changes to your registered mobile number or other sensitive details, you'll need to contact support at [email protected] to verify your identity first.

If you want to close your account, email [email protected] with your registered mobile number and a request to close the account. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet before the account is closed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the process to complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

How money moves in and out of your JeedBuzz account.

JeedBuzz supports bKash, Nagad and Rocket for both deposits and withdrawals. These are the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh, so most players can transact without needing a bank account or international payment card. Crash games like Aviator use a provably fair system where the result of each round can be independently verified by any player. If you lose your internet connection mid-round, the JeedBuzz server records your last confirmed action and your balance is protected. When you reconnect and reload the game, you'll see the outcome of the round and your updated balance. On Android, you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings if you're downloading the APK directly. The JeedBuzz app runs on Android 6.0 and above, and iOS 12 and above. Most mid-range and budget Android phones sold in Bangladesh from 2018 onwards will run the app without issues. If you're using an older device, you can still access JeedBuzz through the mobile browser — Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS both work well.
